For founders

Brand and digital for founders building something with care.

For labels and makers who care as much about how the brand feels as how the product looks. We build identities and digital experiences with taste, restraint, and a clear commercial edge.

From a good idea to a brand that carries it

Most founders hit a point where the company has outgrown how it looks and sounds. The pitch has sharpened, the audience has shifted, the ambition is bigger, but the brand still tells the old story. We help you get clear on the new one and express it well, without the overhead of a full in-house team or a traditional agency.
Sharper positioning: who you're for, and why it matters.
A clear story that works in a deck, a pitch, or a homepage.
A brand identity that reflects the level you're operating at now.
A website that earns trust and makes the next step obvious.
Senior creative direction on call, short of a full-time hire.

FAQ

01
When is the right time for a startup to invest in branding?
Usually when the company has outgrown its first look. Early on, a clear name and a tidy identity are enough. The moment to invest properly is when the pitch has sharpened, you're raising or scaling, or you're chasing a different calibre of customer and the brand still tells the old story. We help founders at exactly that point — when ambition has moved ahead of how the business presents itself.
02
Is investing in branding actually worth it for a startup?
It's worth it when the brand is doing real work, and a weak one quietly costs you. Unclear positioning makes every sales conversation harder. A dated look raises doubts in a pitch or a raise. Inconsistency makes a small company feel smaller than it is. Good branding takes that friction out: it makes what you do easy to understand, easy to trust, and easy to repeat. So the real question isn't whether branding is worth it in the abstract, it's whether yours is currently helping you or holding you back.
03
How much does branding cost for a founder or startup?
Pricing follows scope: what you need (positioning, identity, website, templates), how many people are involved, and how fast you want to move. Most projects sit between €10k and €60k. We quote a fixed fee after a short scoping call, then split it into clear phases so you can invest in steps rather than all at once. If you'd rather have ongoing design capacity than a one-off project, we offer that too.
03
Do I need a full rebrand, or just a refresh?
Often less than founders expect. If the positioning is still right but the execution looks dated or inconsistent, a refresh of the identity, messaging and website is enough. A full rebrand makes sense when what you stand for has genuinely changed, new audience, new model, new ambition. We'll tell you honestly which one you actually need after a first conversation, not sell you the larger project by default.
05
Can you help with positioning and messaging, or only the visuals?
Positioning and messaging are where we start. Before anything is designed, we get clear on who you're for, what makes you different, and how to say it simply. That gives you language you can reuse in a deck, a pitch, a homepage or a hiring page, and it's what makes the visual work hold together rather than just look nice.
06
Should I hire an agency, a freelancer, or build a team in-house?
Each fits a different stage. A freelancer is good for a single deliverable; an in-house team makes sense once there's enough ongoing work to justify the headcount. In between, many founders need senior creative direction without the overhead of either. That's the gap we're built for: a small specialist team and consistent direction, available without a full-time hire.
07
How long does it take to brand a startup?
It depends on scope and how quickly decisions get made on your side. A focused positioning-and-identity sprint can take a few weeks; brand plus a full website runs longer. We map the milestones up front so you know what's happening when, and we keep the decision points tight so momentum doesn't stall.
08
What do you need from me to get started?
Less than you'd think to begin, more as we go. A first conversation about where the business is and where it's heading is usually enough to scope the work. From there we run a short discovery, a few focused sessions and some existing material, and handle the rest, keeping you involved only at the moments that genuinely need your call.
